The Bible portrays God as on a mission through history to reconcile the world to himself. This mission began with the people of Israel, it came to fulfillment in the work of Jesus Christ, and it continues today as God’s Spirit extends the reconciling work of Christ into the entire world through Christ’s church.
New Vision exists to share God’s reconciliation with the city of Erie. But as part of Christ’s united global church, New Vision also exists to share God’s love with all of creation. Locally and globally, we are sent out ones to see people encounter the good news of God’s purpose and presence in the world, sparking personal change, social healing, and cultural renewal. Here you’ll find pathways for getting equipped and involved.
Local Mission:
Jan – March: Boro Woman’s Center
April – June: Community Cleanup Day
July – Sept: School Supplies Drive & Family Block Party

Jesus calls us to embody his presence in our city, to love Him by loving our neighbor. This is both a great privilege and a great responsibility. It involves us partnering strong with likeminded ministries. Here you’ll find some areas in which we plug in and serve, opportunities to follow Jesus by serving our neighbors. Jesus invites us into this together with him: to dream big, serve hard and love all.
